I'm Greg Beattie, founder of Amber & Tallow, based in Auckland, New Zealand.

I’ve dealt with eczema on and off for most of my life. Dry, itchy skin that's hard to manage and I simply craved a solution. Nothing helped long term. Most products were full of ingredients my skin couldn’t handle.

That changed when I tried tallow. 

I started making my own balm using NZ cosmetic grade beef tallow, organic jojoba oil, and a small amount of organic essential oils. It worked. My skin felt calm, hydrated and finally under control.

What began as a personal solution became Amber & Tallow - simple, effective skincare made from ingredients that actually support the skin.

We use only what’s needed. No fillers. No synthetic additives. Just three ingredients your skin can recognise and use.

Each balm is hand-piped into amber glass to protect the formula and cut down on waste. Thats also the reason we are called Amber & Tallow - I like to keep things pretty simple.
